Per Delaware Code 18-305(h) A Limited Liability Company shall maintain a current record that identifies the name and last known business, residence or mailing address of each member and manager. (Note: If you are the communications contact for the LLC you must have access to the name(s) and address of each member and manager to be provided upon request).

ORDER INFORMATION

Optional Services

(This number is often required to file tax returns and open bank accounts.$100 if ordered AFTER company formation)

If the applicant has a US SSN and principal business is located in the United States, the IRS will usually issue the EIN the same business day it is applied for, with some exceptions.

For non-US applicants, or US applicants with exceptions, IRS processing time has been greater than 30 days (in some cases months) as there is currently a backlog due to COVID-19. For these applications, our EIN Procurement service will be limited to reviewing for completeness and filing of your SS4 only. The applicant will bear the responsibility of contacting the IRS by phone to obtain the EIN after 30 days.

Documents in the Corporate Kit are fill-in-the-blank templates that should be completed by a member of the entity. A licensed attorney should be contacted for specific questions on how to properly complete the forms, and it is recommended that a legal review be secured. Delaware Registry, Ltd. and Yacht Registry, Ltd. cannot provide legal advice or assistance in filling up by-laws, minutes etc.

Important Note: Delaware State Law has introduced a requirement to provide proof of identification when registering/setting up a State of Delaware entity. The purpose of this new guideline is to verify that the identified correspondence contact(contact person) is not part of the Office of Foreign Assets Control's Sanctions List. Please note that your identification information is not shared with any Third Party. While you can continue placing your order without uploading your proof of identification, we highly recommend that you provide this at the time of placing an order as it will greatly reduce any processing delays.
