Important Note: If you are changing a company's contact person, please attach a copy of a government-issued photo ID for that individual. Delaware State Law now requires us to collect proof of identification from the contact person for each company for which we are the Registered Agent. The purpose of this new requirement is to verify that the identified correspondence contact (contact person) is not part of the Office of Foreign Assets Control's Sanctions List. Be assured that your identification information is not shared with any third party. If you cannot upload the new contact person's ID now, you can submit your contact change request now and then send us the photo ID by a separate email through our contact page. We cannot update our files until we receive the photo ID.
